1. Are you qualified?
- Yes. We are fully qualified to BSI 7671 17th Edition level, including test and inspection and PAT (portable appliance testing)
2. Any geographical constraints?
- No. We will travel anywhere if the work warrants such.
3. Is there any minimum size of work you will undertake?
- No, we will always respond to any enquiry, no matter how small.
4. Do you provide free estimates/ quotations?
- Yes.
5. Do you have insurance?
- Yes, we have £2 million pound of public liability cover, along with £350K of professional indemnity cover
6. How can I pay?
- We accept cash, cheque and BACS form of payments.
7. Do you provide 24hr call-out.
- No not normally. But if you call us, we will endeavour to help you at anytime of day or night.
8. What are your office hours?
- Our office hours are Monday – Friday 07.30 – 17.30
9. Are you a member of any recognised bodies?
- Yes, we are full members of NAPIT and are also listed on the Trustmark website. (a government backed organisation)
10. Will you attend a call out and how much is it?
- We charge £50 call-out, which also covers the first hours labour and £35 per hour or part of after this.
